it was the same like in FFRoF, after some time, or some events, then suddenly a picture appearead and didn't disappear, that was because of the AP, maybe it´s something similar?

The reason I'm saying thoughts on RAM as the AP is this:
Sure, we do have things to increase ram in slot 2. Maybe it's work this way:
We have the game. It reads events (when we do the event), writing to a ram. Maybe the badges store the formulas' that have been posted on the cart, and each time the cart clears the RAM with a fresh set excluding badges which are stored in unreadable position
For example:
The cart might have a chip that stores this, and then when the rom can't clear the chip (the card might not have one), it ends up blacking out. Might be a bit extravagant, but it might be the way it works now?

Not to be a dick, but those who think it's a bad dump are delusional. No, it isn't a bad dump, and if it was a new version would have already been dumped as Xenophobia would very well be aware of their previous bad dump.
Not to mention that the same problem occurs on both versions, US and EU. It's not a once-dumped-oddity.
As to why it works on Acekard i2? Personally, if you asked me, I'd say it's the most logical card the game could work on. Why? It's considered the best designed, therefore Nintendo, while building their AP checks of the various cards, didn't bother/could not come up with an effective one for the acekard 2i as it was designed too well, and having no more time before release, just left it at that.
As to why it hasn't been fixed yet? I believe the main reason is that the competent groups are working hard on AC2 (PC), a title which is much more anticipated than a simple remake.
