spammed a button for 40 mins straight and finally went through

the poketransfer is a slow to

look like you can only move pokemon from box 1
so
load the game (B/W/B2/W2)
setup box 1 with the pokemon you want
save teh game
load poketransfer
send the pokemon in box 1 to the bank (transfer box)
load bank or move the to a bank box
send to X/y
