Emulation Pocket Sav Organizer from Kuwanger: Is there a backup anywhere? Or another .esv to .sav converter?

As stated many eons ago in my previous thread, I'm looking for some way to convert .esv to .sav (or another save format compatible with PC emulators).
There seems to be an ancient converter here, but Kuwanger website's only remains are in wayback machine, and no backup was done for PSO download links.
Google is not helping me. Thanks.

I've only ever done this with Game Boy files and Goomba Color, never Game Gear with SMS Advance.
