Yes or no is probably desired but this is not one of those occasions.
1) For a crap quality DRMed piece of junk hell yes.
2) mp3search.ru/allofmp3 are my choice for this so depends who you are here I suppose.
3) If I were to ever do something nice and illegal you can bet a proxy chain or someone elses connection would be doing the damage, I do not know how hard it is to obtain a computer related warrant for a series of Asian computers if you are a US/EU bound investigator but I can guess.
4) Too harsh if anything.
