A week ago decided to check my weight, I'm on 82 kilograms at 186cm.
I keep drinking soda and industrialized juice, and I stopped working on me two years ago I think.

Sadly, there's no "in shape fat" option, because I'd tend towards that. The sole reason I don't look just fat is that for some reason my body is pretty good at building and keeping muscle mass. Thanks for the genes, dad!
