I think this is fine for discussion here.
Are we about to verify the clockspeeds of the X1's CPU and GPU through this exploit?
Then I guess developers are dumb because pirating PC games is pretty easy.
Hopefully we can just modify some of the 3DS app sources to work with the switch.
Not with the layers and layers of DRM some devs put on their games...
Most of the time a game gets cracked within a week of release, so I don't think that DRM works well...
denovu not. still all top games are not cracked only a few from old denovu
At least the damage is limited to actual hackers.
On topic, this is really cool and exciting. Hopefully we'll see some advances to a HBL soon
off topic, can we seriously stop talking about piracy and cracking? People need to realize, HOMEBREW DOES NOT EQUAL PIRACY!
No, but not everyone is interested in things beside piracy.

Getting info about the chip itself still seems impossible at the moment.
Well, now's our chance to show them all the cool homebrew things that arent piracy!
We should make our own 1-2-switch.
Kind of derailing here, but get your numbers straight, please. Thanks. http://gematsu.com/2017/01/pokemon-sun-moon-sold-14-69-million-copies-2016
Normally I'd be setting this up and toying around some. Sadly, port 53 is occupied by dnscrypt on my system and I'm rather lazy.
Isn't the Switch using an unmodified Tegra X1? I'm sure I've read that somewhere...
Yes that's true. It's still the fastest tablet out right now and it's got physical controls.
This isn't working at all for me on v2.1.0:
Success percentage: 0.00 (63 samples)
So there we have it ... launch firmware may be the best to keep... Should we stock up ?
how would that help? didn't we need 2.0 for this exploit?
so 2.1 breaks right?
