I updated the thread, I think I have nothing more to offer.
Should I rename it?
Ok so your very sure that is the right CLK point right. I was reading your older posts and you said the nand was locked are you still having that problem if not how did you fix it. I'm about to send my normal N3ds for a Nand mod and I just want to make sure

the end was a failure backup nand not read the code 00000000 00000000 00000400 000000000 (I remember that was FFFFFFFF FFFFFFFF 00000022 00000000), so the partition fat16 nand was corrupt, but finally I could fix it, if you see that code that gives you the console is 00000400 you should not have problems. In fact I already read and write tests successfully.

Now to find someone to hardmod my N3DS.
I'd try it myself but I'm afraid of accidentally bricking it. I don't have an awful lot of experience with such small components.

I follower your schematic without success :( Even if I'm quite sure double checked the connections when i plug the sd adapter into the trascendent sd-reader (actually the same you have) it get disconnected from the pc (as if there's a short circuit)...
The only thing i can imagine is that i connect the GND pint to the charger socket into the n3ds, may this be a problem?
Should I try the alternative clock pin?
Thanks

It could also be your card reader and type of NAND chip. The transcend one I have works on the generic looking NAND chip, but does not work on the samsung NAND chip. Which chip do you have?

UPDATE: I've just tried to follow the Ninoh's suggestion, now all seems to work properly. I don't get the strange connect/disconnect ground issue as before, but the strange thing is that I'm not able to get the Transcend reader to work, instead I achieve to get a verified and intact dump with my old oem reader (see the picture for proof). Beside that I'm using just the DAT0 line, i was expecting about ~5mb/s but I'm getting 2.7mb/s actually but it's ok!
Thank you all for supporting :)
