Need help with Mame and Namco G-con2

I've restored an old cabinet, now it's a fantastic Mamecab. I tried to connect an original PS2 usb Namco G-con2, I tried with WinGun & Smog's driver, but it does not work. The pointer work, but in the game (like Point Blank) only the mouse works.
Someone have a solution?
Mame 0.180, arcade CRT... sorry for my bad english [emoji23]
