From SD Card or from flashcard?
What happens, exactly?
SD Card i have installed the cia and put the nds in the _nds folder , i launch the game on my luma 188.8.131.52E console , nintendodsi screen appears and White Screen
You could've put the game .nds file anywhere. Make sure you have "Automatically set ROM path" while making your forwarders, and update the pack.
I have selected automatically set ROM path
Did you update the pack?
Where we update ?
Extract what's in the "for SD Card root" folder to the 3DS SD Card root.
same white screen after dsI screen
Set DEBUG to 1 in "nds-bootstrap.ini".
He was aleardy on
NDS_PATH = fat:/Users/r/Desktop/0022 - Super Mario 64 DS (E)(Wet 'N' Wild).nds
BOOTSTRAP_PATH = fat:/_nds/bootstrap.nds
BOOTSTRAP_PATH_HB = fat:/_nds/bootstrap.nds
NTR_MODE_SWITCH = 0
BOOST_CPU = 1
DEBUG = -1
LOCK_ARM9_SCFG_EXT = 1

Start failed error 1 :/
There's the problem. In Forwarder3-DS, you loaded the ROM on the PC, not on the SD Card.
So it looks like ntr_forwarder.ini isn't being read at all. I tried changing a bunch of settings but nothing worked (I also put it in SD:/nds/ which from what I can gather is where the forwarder reads the file from). Could you look into fixing this, robz8? Thanks.
Are the forwarder templates updated?
I've enabled the option that autoupdates them on launch, so yes. In fact, I just tried making a new forwarder and it's still doing the same thing. By the way, you told me earlier to rename one of the options in the .ini, which leads me to believe that the .ini in the SD pack currently is incorrect. Could you send a proper one my way, please? Thanks.
is it possible to select a rom because i dont know how to fix my problem
Place your SD or microSD that contains the rom in your PC then launch Forwarder3DS and open the rom that's on your SD and not the one on your PC's hard drive.
Will this run pkmn or zelda games? Or gta?
Does anyone know if this or another program works with the old M3i Zero card?
None of what you mentioned, currently.
