Are any places giving out any bonuses with this game? Any special Collector's Editions or items of some sort? My demo is waiting back at home, haven't had a chance to give it a spin yet, just wondering where I should buy this from in the US
No, AFAIK, there aren't any deals or bonus editions for this game. :/Are any places giving out any bonuses with this game? Any special Collector's Editions or items of some sort? That's great. Does it have an in-game manual (access from Home menu) or is it only a packaged one?Just picked up the game, very excited

I did happen to freeze one time already. Lets not hope this does not become a problem. Froze at the introduction song "Snake Eater"
Now that you've got far enough in the game, have you experienced any serious framerate issues?Don't know why, must have been some random crash. Just beat The Pain, so far so good.

Can you give an estimate of the average framerate throughout the game? Now that you've got far enough in the game, have you experienced any serious framerate issues?Don't know why, must have been some random crash. Just beat The Pain, so far so good.
Yeah, during gameplay. The framerate will slow down in some huge areas, but you have to consider with the amount of pixels and textures to load was even a problem for the PS2, so I kinda expected it. Not as smooth as the HD collection.
I'm in the labratory to save Sokolov now and I've at least set off the alarm 100 times. Sometimes for the hell of it or because they spotted me, but the framerate is not very good when going up against more than 5 NPC (non-player characters) enemies. Again, it doesn't hinder from playing the game that much, but it is noticable
Shoud you care? No way! It is amazing to be in the jungle in 3D! Swimming under water is pretty intense and I got the old thrill of when I used played it years ago.
