Ever since updating to b9s, it seems as though most homebrew CIA's (TWLoader, freeShop, HBL) all fail with a stack exception. I haven't been able to track it down.
All homebrew CIA files install fine but they all crash with this exact report. No matter the homebrew, they all show this exact same exception with the name changing on each title loaded. Some homebrew has a non-CIA version, so I placed the proper files on my SD card in the proper place. I've been able to run the Homebrew Launcher through the Rosalina menu so I attempted to load them through the HBL this way and they crash the exact same way. So, here is a picture of TWLoader failing just after booting. I've also included the associated dump file of TWLoader failing and attached it to this post.

Here's what I've attempted to try and fix this:
- Updated Luma3DS manually to the latest stable version
- Updated Luma3DS manually to the latest nightly
- Followed the troubleshooting page at 3ds.guide, which didn't help much
- Uninstalled homebrew CIA's and removed tickets with FBI
- Reinstalled homebrew CIA's
I'll be honest: I don't know what I am doing here to fix this. The n3DS worked flawlessly last week on A9LH and Luma3DS 7. I haven't ever seen this and searching the forums didn't help much either. The one homebrew CIA that actually does work is FBI. All other installed CIA's (installed from freeShop while on A9LH) work fine, as well as all preinstalled Nintendo apps. To sum it up, almost all homebrew apps are crashing, whether or not they were installed pre-b9s, whether or not they are homebrew or CIA, and whether or not they've been uninstalled (with tickets).
Some of the required info:
- n3DS
- 11.4
- Luma3DS 8.0, I've since downgraded to latest stable
- I have not enabled L2/overclock (ever)
- I have not played with Rosalina other than injecting HBL into ARG
- Obligatory screenshot of SD card:

Thanks!
Guess I'll try Reddit or GitHub as Aurora isn't here any longer. Wish I had read that before posting this here.
