Hi all!

Complete noob to 3ds hacking since like end of 2014. I have a 9.2.0-20U old 3ds, and a gateway 3ds flashcard. Anybody have a clear step by step guide on how to go about installing luma3ds? I clicked on the wiki in the original post but it doesn't seem to say.

Is it simple as putting these^^ files on sd card and loading some exploit? Physical games I have are OoT and MH4U

A question, I always make update the a9lh with the original update (from github of Delebile) and all work fine, but tha safea9lhupdater not work for me ("error otp or keysector") then I fixed the key (0x00012C10-0x00012C1F sector from nand) and then sa9lhu work.

If I always used the original a9lh installer why a sectorkey is corrupted?

Other "wrong" that I see is that the stage2 is now in offset 0x0B800000 and 0x00052C00 is white (0000000....). If I update with safea9lhupdater or with the original updater (compiled since yesterday) the second stage go to offset 0x0B800000.

A9lh work fine for me in my New3DS, but I like know if somebody have this "problem".

That really sucks ! but regardless of the chance of that error becoming permanent , there's still a chance to unbrick even if you have the sysnand with luma/arm9 isn't it ?

yes with A9LH you can always access to D9 emunand9 etc.
this way you can restore a nand backup to get your ds back working.

Yep (and this is needed for out-of region DLC)

Guys ! Please help ! After i updated A9LH to v2, Luma wont boot into EmuNAND ( still able to boot SysNAND ) and a black screen too !

Hey all, so far I have completed step 1 and installed menuhax. I have an old 3ds already at 9.2.0-20U with ambassador status, have not proceeded with step 2. Does this potential brick apply in step 4 as well when downgrading to 2.1? i.e, can I skip doing system format? I ask because, though I have ambassador status, I don't think it was ever tied to my nnid. Don't want to lose this when formatting (though I guess it's not that big of a deal)

You can try and downgrade...make sure you have a nand back up in the event a hard brick happens.

I have done it on two O3DS's and one N3DS. I am at work now and do not have the files on me but I can get them to you later.

Is there anything you have done to this O3DS that we should know about? If you have a modified secureinfo_A that may cause it to fail.

Sorry to be a bother (yet again) but do you happen to still have the files to try them out?
i've tried the two compiled A9LH payloads posted here and another one from reddit without success.

I don't have any video guides or whatever. Plailect's 9.2 updates are good, you should check them out.

most people might just be repeating the 9.2 update guide to you, to be honest.
