Level 10 AI In Smash Bros. N64

I've created a hack which rigs the RNG for CPU's, they will no longer waste time roaming and instead always make the best decision.
I'm looking for more possible tweaks to improve the AI even further, no plausible ideas so far.

Hardest level CPU in smash bros wii u/3ds have been good practice and training for competitive play.

Though the cpu in older games was dumb, those "Luigi wins by doing nothing videos" just prove how dumb they all are.
