HD remixes are for introduce the newcomers to the main series, now days you can't go and grab a PS2 and KH1 and KH2 easily and aside from that a little interest is needed to go and try to find a PS2 to play the games. but many people already have a PS3 to why not get these 2 games to start the series while waiting for the 3rd game to come??
I'll grab both HD remix some day, Pokemon led me to bankruptcy this month to even think on buying 1.5 remix.
also you would need a psp and a ds to play the whole story

Birth by Sleep was my favorite and I always felt like it should've been a home console game rather than a handheld.
IMO the game is too short, yeah there are 3 storylines but in the end they are all the same. the first playthrough was really good, but then you play with ventus expecting something new only to get dissapointed, and then you have to do the same for a third time with aqua, only a small amount of new information is introduced... you can finish each storyline in about 8 hours with some grinding. yet whole story is about 10 hours, the remaining 14 hours are not worth it.

there is also no reason for grinding, nor getting new skills or every chest because you will lose them in about 6 hours, they should have went the way of 3D where some items are shared between them. the same with the multi characters, there was no reason why you couldnt play with each character on the same save.

the gameplay/battle system itself was an improvement over days which was used later on recoded and 3D , yet i prefer the gameplay of KH2 as it felt more dynamic

Not gonna lie, I've finished every single KH game (CoM,Days,BBS,Re:Coded,DDD) except for the main games so I'll pick this and 1.5 HD up once I get a PS3.

i thought everybody knew cocktails are like 75% ice
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Yeah but not like this.
  • Veho @ Veho:
It's not like they're complaining that their Slurpee is 99% ice or something, but if the cocktail calls for "shot of vodka, shot of vermouth, shot of gin, shot of Campari, three shots of juice, squirt of lemon" and ends up being a thimbleful of booze, that's a problem.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
the funny thing is cocktails in norway are only allowed to have 1 20ml shot of booze
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    so..... yeah
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
we're used to only having a thimbleful of booze
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Booo.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
same thing if you want whisky on the rocks or something, you can't get a double
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
but you could buy as many shots of whisky (or anything else) as you want and ask for a glass of ice and pour them in
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    it's dumb
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Maybe.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.
  • Veho @ Veho:
But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".
  • Veho @ Veho:
Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.

Usually accidentally overdose of ibuprofen here is from people taking like cold medicine then ibuprofen for a headache and the combination is over what they need
