You can't do that. You need to get past encryptions.

Tell a card to access something it doesn't even know exists? Genius!

All (excluding CyclopsDS iEvolution) carts run in DS mode. The 3DS/DSi does not grant permission for DS mode to use the SD slot.
Only 1 cart on the market could even hope to do it, but the support died last year.
