Well, being sick, i had a lot of time to surf the net last week and i stepped in some interesting sites online.
They not talk about the "technical" aspect of romhacking (especially the first site) but just the translation itself and how it works.

The second page is a translator from English/Japan to Dutch, i don't want to make some commercial for this site but he has many interesting facts about some known games and naturally you get an idea of how much a game translation (only translation, not implementing the changes into the game) will cost.
