Is there anyway to access the eShop on my new 3DS after I did a region change.

I really just want to update Pokemon Ultra Sun and its not working. I know how to update it and I successfully updated Smash using FBI but Pokemon isnt working. So I just am gonna try the eShop.

I don't think so. Are you sure the update is coming from a legit (non pirated) source? Did you pirate pokemon ultra sun? What region did you change to?

Then do the same with US. Install the US update cia file and launch the game, if it didn't update, uninstall it and install the EUR update.

No, that's not possible.

Luma doesnt care wich region you are. It bypasses the regioncheck for installing stuff.

Maybe the File is corrupt, redownload or try different source.
Did u checked u get the right one for your indstalled game? Check in FBI the Game title ID and then Check the correspondending ID of the Update that are both same region.

For example:
Game title ID 00040000001B5000
Update title ID 0004000E001B5000
DLC would be 0004008C001B5000
Game Demo 00040002001B5001
