RX 580 does not come with freesync 2.0/ hdmi 2.1, but Vega most likely does. The chip is bigger than Polaris 10 and more advanced, so no reason it's still that but vega 10 is also much bigger. And considering the previous rumor of a faster, 1070 level card the most likely is vega 11.
