Hacking is bc suposed to exist on a vwii?

ok this is weird, apperntly I have two bc files within the vwii, no I didn't install them, this is what they are called in blue dump mod exactly. "BC-NAND v7" "BC-WFS v1" why does this exist I thought bc was for support of gamecube fuctionality, I know you have mios, but bc works along side with it. so...what gives? version of wiiu latest as of 8/20/16, aka if I recall 5.5.1
