Misc Importing Downloaded Flipnote .kwz from SD Card to 3DS?

Is there a way to bring over downloaded FS3D files from a PC to a 3DS? I tried to do it using this youtube video as a way to get the files but it didn't seem to show up on the 3DS end (files working on flipnote viewer website). Would love to have my old stuff back on a physical system. Completely fine if this is currently not a possibility, happy enough to have my old stuff on hand right now.
