Note I can access online features not eshop or miiverse(two things i don't really use) i get the error 022-2812 how long is the ban i got EDIT : ON THE 19TH (i wasnt doing hacking a installed 3 games using maki fbi legit cia's but that shouldn't ban me) i have contacted nintendo there aren't many games i want anyway

I feel like you are leaving out details. Nintendo doesn't hand out that ban unless you were either cheating online or went online with a game that hasn't been released yet.

how can i be online before a release with out cfw and if i cheat its on pokemon only and there legal if i was banned there it would be global link

If you were caught cheating online, then that's why you were banned. Error code 022-2812 is a ban code.

I feel like you are still leaving out details. Nintendo doesn't just randomly ban people. They also don't ban people suspicion of hacking or piracy. Trust me, if they did that, I would have been banned 10 times over.
Still, I've already posted two methods I know work to get around this ban. I've used both of them before for my boyfriends' 3DS's

What did you do with your Wii U to get this ban?

Hell, you definitely did something. That code is an NNID restriction. There's no way you got that by genning Pokémon, you definitely did something else.

I am not, I'm pretty sure the tutorial (and by that I mean the video) doesn't lift 022-2812. It lifts the 002-0102. Even the video itself states that.

Yes I have Cheated But this is probably due to miiverse

You can easily use custom themes with plain userland homebrew.
