Hacking I Think I have a r4i3d bricked cart, can I fix it?

My friend lend me his r4i3d 2014 cart which it doensn't work on his DSi(He gets a white screen). Because I have an old 3ds with Luma+A9LH where I can test the cart on it.

But I got too a white screen when I try to load it on my 3ds.

Because of this I wanted to ask if there's anything that I can do to fix it and I have another r4i3d 2014 cart and a acekard who works fine on my console.

Personally, I don't think it is possible to brick flashcard when everything is saved on sd card and can be rewritten. Just put the latest firmware on and it should work.
Also possibility, that they killed support for it.
