Homebrew I need some help

I’ve a question, is there a possible way to download (unless it’s not allowed here) any Fire Emblem ROMs to my 3DS? Not the newer ones, specifically like Binding Blade or Sacred Stones. I’d love some help with this and a provided link to download said ROMs.

Yes, I can't give you links but you can use GBA VC injects to play those games.
