They play fine, audio is a bit skippy, Spyro 3 is that paradox version, and Spyro 2 has a cracktro with a mouthful of swear words in it

They did that on purpose, because back in the day,
when piracy wasn't as big of a crime in foreign and cheap countries (like china, singapore, brazil, etc) they were allowed to pirate games and software as long as it didn't contain the original logo of the copyright holder.

That 'P' on Spyro The Dragon is the most common logo used on these bootlegs:
