how to recover my windows 10 account?

when startup windows say cannot sign in to your account. and i have been running temp users. when i follow some videos to fix it i try to delete temp account in regedit. after that when i retart agian, i can sign in to my account but its like a corrupted account or not like my account normally. how can i restore my account back to normal?

First backup all your stuff onto another hardrive or something. Then I would just restore windows.

ya my wiindows cant sign me in. so windows only run my os in temp users. my setting, task bar is gone. I was follow alot of steps to repair it on youtube but not help me. so now i have to reset my wimdows and get a fresh windows again

You could try the Windows 10 Refresh settings things I guess. Otherwise reformatting / reinstalling Windows will be your safest bet, and the one with least headache when it comes to fixing Windows issues..

Login to that account via safe mode and then unlink it, create another admin account and delete the corrupted one.

also reminder you can unhide the built in admin account with net user administrator /active:yes in an admin cmd

I'd just refresh the PC personally.

On the log-in screen go to where you can hit 'restart' and click it while holding down the left shift key.

That is so untrue i NEVER use the app store on mac...
Back to your problem it would need more info on what you wish to retain because reinstalling the thing seem to be on your path. Fixing it magically does not exist unfortunately. I would suggest you used your current setup on a VHD which is a pretty simple process to get going and you will be able to save your stuff with apropriate permissions (windows is bad for that ;mac is way better on handling files; never touched linux so i can't tell but mac =+- linux ).
