How to extract a CIA's icon?

I want to extract a CIA's icon, but I don't know how. I would also want to convert it to bitmap because it's probably not in that format.

I do not know if it decompiles it into png format, which is the format bannertool uses to make the icn (icon) file. use maketool or something to make the cia again. also, you may or may not be able to do what you're wanting to do, because often times, this type stuff requires specific save settings.
