Stores got them 2 mondays ago, then thanks to First Sale Doctrine they could legally do whatever they want with the copies they paid for.

Of course some buyer dumped it, for the satisfaction of a large percent of the cfw users...

I got a shipping notification directly from Nintendo today, which means estimated arrival is Monday. You're right, looks like they may be moving ahead of schedule.
