ROM Hack [Help] Need some help with some Project Mirai DX romhacking

I'm trying to figure out how to change some textures and background videos, but I can't for the life of me figure out how. I heard that the background videos are all in the nwbin folder, but everything in there in in .bin format and I'm not sure how to open it. I also have no idea where the textures are located (I'm guessing the aet_en folder) but I have no way to tell since it's all .bin files too. Anyone have any advice?

EDIT: A way to edit the game's actual beatmaps (not sure what else to call them) would be nice to know too!
