The binaries in question have been approved by Rei. That's sufficient for me. Rei has no objections. The posters above are not talking about the Rei files. They are claiming simultaneous realization that the public patches from Tinfoil solve all problems.

The included kip1 file contains Nintendo copyrighted material.
Anyone "blessing" it's contents has no effect on it not being legal to distribute.
This is why you are supposed to generate your own (the included one in the zip has the filename suggesting it's been generated by ChoiDujour),
or have your bootloader runtime patch the loaded KIP1 (check https://github.com/rajkosto/hekate/releases/tag/rajkosto-fskip_patching).

DLC is working here, just installed more Pinball FX DLC and it worked fine. Will work with the people who are having dlc problems tomorrow to figure out what the issue is.
