Alright, my 2TB WD Black Caviar Edition drive seems to be acting a bit funky.
The drive should power down (Windows 7 power settings) after being idle for 20 minutes.
However, if the drive is being used for non-intensive functions such as music or video playback, the drive seems to power down for a second or so and turn itself back on.

This behaviour tends to cause the media playback to freeze for a few seconds (Longer than the time for the drive to turn back on)
I could be doing things pertaining only to my other drives which would keep the drive turned off rather than powering back on.

Neither my SSD or my WD 1TB drive are suffering from this issue.
Also, this is only a fairly new problem. I can't recall of any major software or hardware changes since the first occurence of the problem.

Specs are in my signature and here:
CPU: Intel - Core i7 2600k @ 3.4GHz
RAM: 8GB Dual Channel 1300MHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 580 1536MB (Gigabyte)
MOBO: Intel DP67BA - LGA1155 (P67 chipset)
HDD's: 1 x 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black
1 x 2TB Wester Digital Caviar Black
SSD: Corsair Force GT 120GB (SATA3)
Optical Drive: LG - GH22NS70
OS: Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit
Case: CoolerMaster HAF X RC-942
Monitor: Benq G2450H 24"

Generally, Caviar Black doesn't usually have any spindown settings enabled by default - that's only Caviar Green. Try looking up the WD drive tools to see the settings.
All my WD Black drives have all powered off after being idle. Like I said, I think that has to do with Windows settings as my other WD drive in this PC powers down as well (When it's not in use anyway like it should).
