No, I do look for a 3.5inch.

As there are not 2.5inch hdd's from 500GB or larger.
And I want a 500GB or larger hdd. hehe

you do know that ps3 is using 2.5" HDD right?.......and you're wrong, there is 500 GB 2.5" HDD ( WDC, Hitachi, Seagate, Fujitsu ), you should look more carefully
