Hello, it's me again lol.

I've been wondering if is there a way to "extract" game files on a PS Vita game and edit them and, for example, make an english patch for an untranslated game.

Yep. If you look at this section, you'll find multiple translations for games already being worked on. You can view this for a small tutorial on dumping and extracting CPK files: https://github.com/s1cp/VitaGuide/wiki (Though you can ignore the entire "Dumping your game" section, that tutorial was made before Vitamin/Mai dump released so it's a bit unnecessary)

Hello.

Does anybody here know how to use a DS3/DS4 with adrenaline v4?

I can see the option within the adrenaline menu. But maybe it's referring to the DS4xVita/DS3xVita plugins?
Or to a PSTV? (which logic tells you that they should be supported by default).

Thank you.

I assume you are getting that error on HENkaku page. Restart your system, and be sure to keep your Wi-Fi "free". I always got an error with HENkaku page the other day while I was downloading legal stuff on Torrent. I paused the Torrents then tried again and it worked fine. I don't know why.

Hey guys i have a simple question I cant seem to find the answer to..
I simply want to party chat with friends on the PSTV..

I have a DS4/PS4 headset(the little earpiece one with a mic)

And also a pair of Bluetooth headphones which pair but don't pick up a mic when i plug one in.

When I go to chat I can hear the other members through the BT headphones but when i press the mic button it says voice chat unavailble due to NAT type. I am not sure if this is true? Or do i need to buy a bluetooth mic??

Thanks!!

You need to change your NAT, which is sort of like a setting on your router.

If you know how to open ports on your router and assign a static IP to your PSTV, do so and open the follow ports for your PSTVs local IP:
80
443
465
983
3478-3480
3658
5223
6000-7000
9293
10070-10080

That should fix the issue.

If you don't know how to do any of that, you'll ha e to Google for guides based on your own router.

I dont know if I have the wrong impression but does "Netplay" mean I can play a (in this case SNES ROM) over the internet with another friend for 2 player? Or locally? Or does that not work at all? Thanks!
