I remember when I was 11 years old, my dad set up parental controls, and I randomly cracked the PIN by about 50 guesses, lol!
The pin was 1888!
The pin was 1888!
What do I do once I have the 5 digit code at the bottom? Is there another tool that converts this into the pin?3dsexplorer has a pin calculator that usually works (if your enquiry number has 8 digits)
Still just a 5 digit pin, I need it to give me the 4 digit pin... -.-
It gives a Master Key..?Still just a 5 digit pin, I need it to give me the 4 digit pin... -.-
is it automated? I don't wanna talk to a live person. And I don't know the number to call.It gives a Master Key..?
Put that in when it asks you to call Ninty.
Put the enquiry number into https://mkey.salthax.org/is it automated? I don't wanna talk to a live person. And I don't know the number to call.
Put that in as the Master Key.I did, the number I got out of it was 05680
Thanks for the help, that was stupidly simple.Put that in as the Master Key.
Well yeah probably but you can reset any key with https://mkey.salthax.org/ so it doesn't really matter.Isn't the key stored in the FCRAM?
ikr, I helped my friend get through his and I was like "WOW Ninty, thats super easy."Thanks for the help, that was stupidly simple.

I think you for this sir, this will save me time when the N3DS XL i purchased on ebay arrives that was locked down with Parental Control.
Im hoping its all it is, I purchased another 3DS off ebay, the seller said it was left on and the screen was black when they came back, so it come in today, i opened it up, low and behold it had been opened and parts were missing. And the actual problem was the screen popping issue. The dumb asses had turned it on so many times it fried both the ribbon cable and the motherboard.Seems like a whole lot of people were breaking their 3DSes with parental control pins.
