Got a new pc, screen keeps flickering

I heard somewhere that Windows 10 ships with experimental drivers. Are you sure you downloaded the right drivers?

Problem is still here:
I tried to uninstall drivers with no result.

go into your bios and reset it to defaults, that should allow you to plug it into the motherboard hdmi port, also try a different hdmi cable if you have one.

Logically I want to say yes but never tried so not sure. It's more just to test if it's your 1070 or the HDMI cable so not meant to be permanent.
