I'm on 11.0, how would I download one of those dsiware games?

@Xiphiidae already did.

All dsiware titles have rw nand access. However the title needs to have an exploit (that can be exploited via its save) for this access to be granted to the user. Those 4 titles were exploited back in the dsi-era I believe.

No, physical carts cannot access the NAND. If you didn't have one of them downloaded before, you're SOL.

I know that, but just as a general rule, if they did exist, they wouldn't be able to access it.
