ps. I tryed to add D3000000 00000000 or D3000000 14000000 in first line, but game didn't even started....

According to dsrules, ARcode address are different to gw, and NTr and gw share same address... so need to convert arcode to ntr and then add the D3000000 00000000.
If you can use both arcode and NTR, you make a dump from both, then search the address in fcram (arcode dump), for ex: 0334345C, copy at least 2 string of values for security and paste in dump of ntr (be sure to click F3 and see if you have only one result). At this point see the address of ntr search and use for gw with his value (000F423F)

I think that cheat mainly makes the arts bar always full and you can always spam them. But some arts have a duration on them (when the bar turns blue) and starts to run out until u have to activate them again. Although that cheat does "freeze" the blue bar on certain arts, it does not do it for all of them. (ie hunter oasis, steadfast) Would be awesome if ymyn can make all hunter arts unlimited duration too.

The second question is right.
And you need to put the entire code for each speed you want, and naturally, dont enable all at the same time or game freeze (you cant use x1.5 and x2.5 speed at the same time, logic lol)

You cannot do that with those codes. If you want to save edit, there is another thread around the forums that is specifically for MHX save editing.
