Search for "Nendoroid Generation translation" on YouTube and it'll be the first result by "緑の声".

Seems he's been pretty busy making (???) translations and ports of other PSP games besides Scammed Art Online. That and his blogspot page (in the video's description locked behind an ad shortened url) is entirely filled with ROMs (nothing of interest, either) locked behind ad shortened urls lol
