I didn't notice any speed difference with DLC and SD. both seems to load the same speed.
So having SD+DLC will not be faster than SD only. (unless, like you said, it would use a raid technology to read twice faster by reading the same data at two different place at the same time, but wiiu is not doing that)

it seems the internal memory is not that fast. faster than the disc, but not faster than SD. at least, for that game.

Indeed. Whilst there is no way to reliably test this, in theory my idea would still be faster, but real life benefits might not be drastic enough to bother with such setup even if it was possible.
