Gaming fire emblem DS help

for chapter seven, there are these 3 pegasus knightress, and 1 girl mounted on a dragon
they all are characters with a face
how do i recruit them? they dont ever attack you, they get into a triangle position with the dragon in the middle, then a few turns later , a dialog appears, and they seem to have flew away. any ideas what to do?

they do not come join me in the next stage or anything, should i leave them be?

Suggestion..

Have you tried talking with the girl mounted on the dragon? Fire Emblem has neutral characters who go about there everyday business. Try talking to the girl, only thing is you usually have to choose the correct character to talk to them with.. So... do you have a mounted dragon in your party, if so... use the mounted dragon in your party to talk to the girl, otherwise use your main character to talk to her.

I told you in the release thread that Minerva comes later in the game, after you rescue her sister. Poala and Katua come further on, and speak to Marth to join your team. And Est comes towards the end of the game, unpromoted but with killer growths, the Miracle Sword, and tries to talk to Marth also >.>

So don't worry about them now.
