It is but the team is keeping things under wrap after the whole kotaku thingy. Probably for the best.

Be assured that they are progressing with the translation.

You guys can expect soon a new version of the UMD merging files, that:

-won't need CWCheat at all
-will combine both disc in a perfect single disc game
-will never ask for disc change
-will have the entire content of the game accessible

Ohh! And btw, there has been progress in the translation too...

I'd give it a year. Given how many people are actively hoping for a Type-0 translation I'm sure there will be no shortage of FF players who can fluently read/speak Japanese.

Amazing work, now if only i could read japanese... Anyway, what I wanted to ask. Are you planning on uploading the patch with full translation or are you planning on releasing what you have once a month or something like that.

Sry, but I never was an editor in the first place xD. Just an active supporter of the project^^

@Sky: I can't start a New Game and can't load a Game from Disc 1.
It says, when I want to load a Disc 1 Game, that I should Change the Disc to Disc 1 (I can't read Japanese but the english words in it ).
The Option "New Game" Only goes into the same Screen like the "Change Disc" screen but different text and doesn't go on. :/

Edit: I wanted to check it out and yeah, with CWcheat it does work. Maybe u uploaded the wrong files? (with New Game but either with CWcheat), but New Game doesn't work with CWcheat either only load game on disc one.
Edit2: Maybe I solved it on my own and if so it was my mistake then^^ Copying it right now. Will tell u, if it works then.
Edit3: Ok was my mistake. Guys, if u patched ur Isos, so that it works with ur firmware and u want to merge, don't forget to delete the eboot.old as well (is an backupfile created by a patching tool). That's what happened to me here. Thx Sky, everything works fine. The File itself does nothing, but the Iso goes over the 2GB limit (I wondered why myself, lol) and then I saw it and banged my head onto my Desk xD.

Sounds like you updated both yellow files, but not the EBOOT, either that, or I uploaded the wrong EBOOT lol (but if the yellow files are right... the EBOOT should be correctly uploaded too).

Anyway, I'll wait for your confirmation, or anyone else's, just in case
