Just dont select autoboot on sysnand, correct?

I dont want to use sysnand, only emunand

Nand backup will backup all the games and saves? But that will be the size of the card?
Dude - inject EmuNAND to SysNAND after A9LH - why would you keep using EmuNAND?

It will backup the registers of the games being installed, to have a full backup you need to backup your SD card too
ok, it will keep the registry but after restore the nand i'll have to install all the games again?

Well, because i think that updating the emunand is more safe, or i'm i wrong? if i update the emunand, the all i can loose is the emunand, if i update the sysnand i could lost all the hack (in the future). My idea of emunand is having a backup of the original nand and do all i want on that backup.

a9lh + Luma3DS has update protection

Also. If you also restore your sd you wont have to reinstall the games

1)Use emunand9 or Decrypt9 to get a NAND backup, also save files from your SD
4)The guide will tell you

What do you need help with?

I thought there was just CFW. I didn't realise there were different CFWs!

Do some run some programs and others are required for others? Do some offer more functionality than others?

Why isnt there just one that is the best and does everything?

Huh.... Read the original thread.... it's exactly about that.

Of course there isn't a single CFW. Different people have different views on what to do and how to do it.

That's all explained in the main post. And the point of this thread isn't to say which CFW is the best, but to allow the user to understand and decide which CFW is best for them.

Yeah that was my point :P I thought it was all simple and straightforward but actually it's really confusing :O

Is it my wording? Is there something I can improve to make this more approachable?

There's no objective "best CFW" among the current ones. They have different intended userbases as explained by the original post. Corbenik, for example, is meant for powerusers and developers, while Luma3DS is the most used one and meant to be easy to set up and use by anyone.

No, i reckon your post is fine! I wasn't criticising it, i was just lamenting the state of reality. Nevermind, it's cool :) I'll just use Luma :)
Alright ^_^ I am always trying to make sure this post is simple and easy to follow. So I am always open to suggestions.

Why lamenting, though? You make it sound as if having options is a bad thing.
