Homebrew DSiWare Game Injection System Transfer Error Code 014-0016

I've done everything right from the 3ds.hacks guide on the DSiWare Game Injection process until the system transfer. When at the "Built in Software" portion of the transfer, it stops transferring from the O3DS to the N3DS. My SD cards aren't the issue because the O3DS has a 16gb and the N3DS has a 32gb.

The software I have installed on the O3DS through CFW are:
Dragon Quest Monsters Terry's Wonderland 3D ENG
Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 3 ENG
FBI, Anemone, the homebrew channel app, basically all the standard apps from the soundhax process from the 3ds.hacks guide.

Any help would be great.

Edit 1: Hold up, I forgot to insert my microsd card into the N3DS.

Edit 2: I'm dumb, that fixed it.

Edit 3: Completely new problem. I finished the system transfer and now the N3DS can't find the DSiWare to move to the system memory. I backed up the files on my computer before the transfer and copied them over to the N3DS microsd. Please help. This has been an 8 day long process. I just want it to be over.

Edit 4: Fixed the DSiWare issue.

Edit 5: Everything is installed on the N3DS.
