Bru Russia is too afraid to even engage Ukrainian forces proper, they only target civilians. That does nothing to weaken Ukraine's military strength, which combined with the modern weaponry provided by the West, is why Russia's losses are at least ten times greater. Putin isn't fighting a war, he's just racking up casualties on all sides because that's what megalomaniacs do.
