Hacking Ciangel help?

hello, I just tried using Ciangel. I'm running 9.2 sysnand and reinand on the latest emunand update on a n3ds. i wanted to treat ciangel. so, I put in the title ID for ocrina of time and now it says that it is installing the cia? what happens when it's done? what do I do when it's done to get the game? and I need help unseeing the concept of the whole thing. lol
