Hello.

I have recently installed Homebrew and used GM9 to make backups of all of my carts. So far I have found no issues with any of my digital downloads or 3DS games but I can't seem to get Checkpoint to recognize any of the NDS games that have been installed on the SD card. It works just fine for them when saving/loading directly with the cart but noting with the installed versions. I made sure that they all run correctly and made sure to start a save hoping that would help but no change.

Is this working as expected? Is there a fix/workaround? Thanks in advance.

That is working exactly as expected, yes.

Save data for DS games stored on the SD card is stored unencrypted on the SD card. You can dump save data with Checkpoint and then only have to copy the dumped save data file to the appropriate folder.
