Cheats for Majora's Mask 3D not working on brand new game cart already patched to 1.1

Long time no see,

I just bought a brand new Majora's Mask 3DS game cart to enjoy, but there is a flaw... First, the cart was already version 1.1 when I first inserted it, even if it was brand new. Secondly, NONE of the cheat codes in the database for this game seem to work, probably because they are for 1.0 only... how could I either...

1 - convert 1.0 codes to 1.1?
2 - get a save file editor or something?
3 - get help with making brand new codes?
