Hacking Cfg lists gamecube games but no wii games?

I recently modded a wii to get a taste of how the process works so that when i get a wii u id have an idea on what to do on there too.

I have nintendont working with gamecube and cfg lists them in there as well. But i also have brawl and mario kart but they both not selectable in cfg. What happened?

Luckly my brawl disc came in to use to for stack smash and can load project m from the pm launcher, but no way to play mario kart.

Any idea what causeing this? I cant figure it out.
