i also try to use custom install 2.3 using 236 but cios 250 still won't install instead i get error (ret = -2)

Why are you trying to install Cios to your VWii?

this is WupHax, you can run it via the WiiU Homebrew Laucher to inject the VWii Homebrew Channel install into the VWii's Mii Channel

You don't need to install Cios' anymore

That's not an excuse to post here instead, people do post in the Wii threads, those people are familiar with Wii's and their errors

Unlike this section, personally I haven't touched a Wii in about 4 years, I have no idea about your error and most people here won't

So your best bet would be to just wait for someone to reply in the Wii section, or, just Google and see what you come up with

What were you using to install the Cios files?
Were you trying to replace stock ios 57 or an old Cios 250?

yeah but i can't find ios250 in modmii and i don't know what i did but it somehow ios250 disappear from my wii

then click recommended Cios's

it says 250 is a backup of 249, what is not having 250 stopping you from doing?

What do you need 250 for? I read 95% of games worth with 249, rest need 250

i was trying to surprise my niece for Christmas. she wanted to play snes games(that worked) plus just dance 5 which i heard need to 250. i had 249 and 250 install at first but all the games won't play when using usb gx loader. Instead i got a black screen and the controller disconnects then i have to hard reset it. my sister is going to be piss when she didn't get the result she wanted.
