Ok, I only had 1 DVD ready, but I just realized it's not a dual layer DVD, :| I thought it was all the same, luckily my friend is on his way to Wal-Mart now to go buy a 10 pack or something, will post back in ~20 minutes once he's back and it's burned. I ran norton antivirus through it for sh*ts and giggles, and no viruses came up, the rar file wasn't passworded either, good sign, now to eat dinner

No, it's a dual layer, I just didn't have one lying around, my friend originally picked up a pack of normal DVDs, now he should be returning from the store to fix his error

EDIT: Nevermind I realized what he is saying now. He thought his DISC was dual layer but it wasn't, I thought he meant the game was. Either way, sounds like crap

Well I can play Dual Layer DVD Movies on it (YAOSM DVD Player) so I don't see any reason a game couldn't be dual layer.

edit: booted parents off tv, aaaand no dice, it's just giving me some error in japanese. An actual error, not just a "disk can't be read". I can't read any japanese so idk wtf it's saying, but now his wii won't turn off

Where do I get that? I'd love to know what the unconfirmed characters are! Especially since it clearly isn't working (should I try a different DVD type? I only have a $20 left, what type should I look for)
