Well whatever the reason, all we need to know is if it's working on the last version on both console. :P
hmm do I need to take any precautions before using the selector? Like putting a NTR.bin in some folder or sth.?
Cause Ive never used your selector before and well it crashes/freezes my 3DS when I select 3.2

it grabs them automaticly i belive (yea first time myself i used it. io never saw a need for O3DS users to need to choose between NTR versions. )

It still sounds like a really weird race to me, and it's odd it only happens on 11.2

The only thing that changed was process9 code (specifically the anti-dg code), and since nothing changed in arm11 there's no reason it shouldn't work.

Where can I find the latest BootNTR that works with FW 11.2? Also, how do I know/find out which version of BootNTR I am using? Thoughts and help greatly appreciated :)

BootNTR needs SVCBackDoor to work.

Are you sure that your cfw reimplement it ?

Luma3DS should have that reimplemented, yeah.
No idea why it crashes... Sure they didnt change anything else in the update?
or atleast, something else is at work for N3DS users

Luma's had it implemented for a long while , and i cant sa the patch option there should be used by non devs its working fine atleast for me w/o it checked (checking it breaks HBMenu)

Ok updated to 6.3.1 release build and BootNTR works now. Do NOT update to any of the newer nightly builds. There's a new patch in those builds that fails due to 11.2 change regarding the anti-dg functions Nintendo added (they rewrote/altered that function so Luma can't find it for patching anymore). Luma's patch for that is borked and it Luma will show an error.
May I ask if you're using an Old3DS or a New3DS?

New 3DS. Also, a new nightly build of Luma was released that fixed 11.2 support, so you can update to that if you're using nightly builds.
I am using the stable Luma version right now, so I have no problem with that.
was just wondering if you were using an Old3DS since BootNTR is working for you and yet it seems to crash a lot for other people including me, hmm...

Thanks for the answer tho :)

@realtimesave, It definitely did take a while for the PS4 to be fully hacked, much like the PS Vita.

@SylverReZ, then the chance of potentially me wanting to have a phat xbox 360 is -1%

If you have one, then chances are is that it needs a reballing of the chips.
